Some may think that shooting weddings would get redundant, but I am telling you I LOVE every single wedding I am part of for all the little details and specials events that make that day unique to that specific couple. Take the Cripps wedding for instance, her dress was stunning, floral superb and Travis’s homemade card and thoughtful yet hilarious gifts to Lauren were just what she needed to laugh the nerves away. Then lets talk about Lauren’s step-dad who had my assistant and I even in tears during the first look, speech AND father daughter dance, now thats talent. You can tell he has been such an important and positive part of Lauren’s life and it was so great to see that shine through her day. Add an energetic and fun bridal party to this adorable couple and the day couldn’t have been more entertaining or memorable. Congrats to the new Mr & Mrs Cripps!

Katie & Mitch’s wedding could not have been any more perfect for the two of them. I love when weddings truly fit the couple’s personality, and this barn wedding did just that. It was an absolute gorgeous setting, laid back atmosphere and turned into one heck of a party at the end of the night. The New / Mr & Mrs Heinz

Crazy to think this beautiful wedding was almost a month ago already! I always get a little nervous when couples choose to have outdoor weddings (thats why I had mine inside) because Illinois is SO unpredictable! But man were these two lucky with such a perfectly gorgeous day in September! I don’t think a little bad weather could have brought them down though. These two are genuinely SO happy together and its clear to see! Surrounded by great friends and family these two took in every moment of their wedding day and I hope they continue to smile and laugh at each other like they did on this day, 60 years from now! <3

Hadley had me cracking up during this entire session, she is a perfect mix of these two! She even ended the session drinking juice boxes at my house and hiding behind my vehicle to potty in her diaper 🙂 Gave me a good laugh for the night! Life with a toddler <3
